Existing customers please download, unzip, and install Lucis Pro 5.0.3. Lucis Pro 5.0.3 will only function for customers who have purchased Lucis Pro 5.0 and have the Lucis Pro 5.0 HASP key. This software will not function with the Lucis 4.2.1 HASP key. This software is not demo software.

Lucis Pro 5.0.3 fixes a bug in the Mix function for 16 bit grayscale images.

TECH NOTE: The Mix function in Lucis Pro 5.0 operates incorrectly if the original image is an indexed color image. This is because the output of the Lucis Pro processing is an RGB image, and mixing an indexed color image with an RGB image will not produce a correct result even though "Mixing" takes place. This problem is obvious when it occurs. A small replica of the mixed image appears at one side of the mixed image. To avoid this problem, convert indexed color images to RGB before processing with Lucis.

For security, Lucis utilizes an Aladdin HASP® key (dongle) and HASP software. Periodically new HASP software is released to be compatible with the latest Windows platforms. Please download this zipped file, unzip it and run hdd32.exe to install your new HASP software.
